Faith & Gen Alpha Series
How do we re-imagine the practice of discipleship for the digital age?
Faith & Gen Alpha is CruCon’s training course, equipping community leaders to host their own Conversation Series. The training follows the same 12-week format as each CruCon series — so leaders experience the model as they learn it.
Each cohort will explore the profound cultural pressures reshaping the next generation in the digital age, before unlocking five practices for guiding youth into becoming resilient disciples of Jesus: fully alive in a world that is rapidly changing.

Faith & Gen Alpha
As our CruCon training course, Faith & Gen Alpha is a twelve-week deep dive into our vision for discipleship in the digital age. Each cohort of trainees will explore the cultural deformation taking place among the next generation through the spiritual and social colonization of the big tech industry, while also unlocking five practices for initiating youth into becoming resilient disciples of Jesus. Along the way, participants will be trained in the why, what, and how of leading a CruCon series in their own context.
