Training for CruCon leaders

Maybe you’re inspired by CruCon’s vision, but not sure how it would work in your context. This training could be the next step.

Each fall we provide training for a small cohort of leaders like you.
In a guided tour of our foundational series, we model how the program works— moving through the materials and program structure
just like you would with your group.

Much of the training is self paced. Training cohorts meet once a month (online, synchronous) with Ken Wettig, pastor and father of four who’s the heart of CruCon. These meetings are an opportunity to participate in our “community conversation” model and collaborate with others
for inspiration and problem solving.

By the end of the training you will

  • be oriented to the content and flow of CruCon

  • have a vision for how the program could work in your context

  • have had the chance to discuss your individual questions and concerns

CruCon Cohort Registration

All registration is based on the Cohort and managed by the Conversation Partner.

Each Conversation Partner, at least 1 month before their launch date must

a) register how many convo groups are in their cohort

b) register how many people are in each of those convo groups, highlighting who are adults and who are adolescents.

c) Provide an address that we can ship the Convo Packets to

Questions

? - Each person will be getting $2 worth of materials. How do we have a base price that we can then add a small pp price to?

? - Should we have a way that we can communicate with each participant, or just leave that up to the Convo Partner?
