Exchange (student): Even for the people of ancient Israel, practicing the sabbath was not something they naturally desired to do. How is practicing sabbath rest still countercultural in this modern generation?
Entrust (discipler): Share any sabbath practices or restful practices that you have engaged in in your own life. How have those practices blessed you?
